What you say isn’t always (or often) what the other person hears. Why? Because of the ways you’re both wired.
With brand new stories and examples, Kathleen Edelman illustrates the four ways people—including you!—are wired. Then she teaches you how to translate the words you say and hear.
The result?
Less strife at home and less stress at work.

and I have one goal in life…
To help people learn to speak kindly to one another. I have spent 30 years counseling and coaching kids and families on the art of communication, using the four temperaments as a foundation. I have a master’s degree in Christian Counseling Psychology; a big heart for educators, parents, and leaders; and a surprising passion for trucks and clay shooting. I’ve been married to my husband Brad for 35 years and I have two grown children, Brice and Avery.

Customer Testimonials:

Innovative IDM
The directors have commented over and over how much their teams are talking about the retreat. They are referring to each other in terms of colors. I got several messages and thank you notes from staff members. The bonding across departments was so needed and important. The temperament exercises will be so impactful for all of us as we continue to grow together.

This training was FANTASTIC!! And that is a gross understatement. It was just what our employees needed. After the presentation, I overheard people telling other people what color they were. I even went home later that evening and watched the whole series on YouTube with my husband.
